Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
- Credit Card - Via Paypal (Visa or Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds)
- Bank Transfer / ATM
After you made the payment, please scan and email us the above info to Email Address : firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. International Shipping :
- Sorry, We currently only ship within Malaysia and Singapore address.
- For Shipping to Singapore, Minimum Shipping fees is charge from the first 3kg and Subsequent kg will be charged at the additional rate. (Fees had add Customs Clearance Service Charge for parcels From Malaysia to Singapore).
- Shipping fees can estimate it once you added the item to shopping cart, shopping cart Page and checkout page there can found the button for checking shipping fees.
- Default shipping method from Malaysia to Singapore are using KTMD courier service. we will updated you a tracking number by email once we have posted your item, by then you can keep track with your item from ~ KTMD Courier Services at Singapore Hotline (0265586259) or trace you parcel at KTMD-Johor custom person-incharge (07-2210112) with your consignment number details. (or contact our customer service hotline to request us for helping trace the parcel)
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
- Please allow 1-3 working day for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan for your order to dispatch out from our office,, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
- After dispatch out from our office, pls allow within 3 working day for item deliver by courier company.
Q. Delivery failures :
- We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase. Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
- If items do not get to you within 3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia or Sabah & Sarawak, kindly contact us for assistance.
- We will not responsible for any damage caused during shipping / post delivery / lost, but we will try our best make sure that your item has been packed safely to avoid damage.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges of returned packages due to missing collect or wrong sending information provided. If you are not at home when the delivery attempt is made, you will accept a receipt and ask to self collect at nearest post office, please collect it within 7 day.
- If the parcel return to our site, unfortunately in these circumstances we may have to charge you a further delivery fee to re-arrange delivery.
Q. Received Incorrect Order.
- If you’ve found that an item is missing from your order or received an incorrect item, do let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service, We will arrange a re-delivery or your order as soon as we can.
- If product ordered out-of-stock ,We will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.
Q. Cancellation & Return Policy :
- Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- All goods sold and sent are non-refundable, We make an effort to check and make sure that your item is in good condition before we pack & deliver. After which, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery of goods.
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped out yet, if the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Q. Availability & Substitutions :
- If for any reason some goods are out of stock, or any reason beyond our reasonable control, our Customer Service will contact you and inform that if we have similar product that we can substitute or being delay in the delivery process until goods out of stock is being delivered to warehouse.
