Availability & Cancelled Policy :
1. All item that we sell is Ready Stock Item.
2. If product ordered out-of-stock ,We will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.

Delivery & Return Policy :
1. Please allow 1-3 working day for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan for your order to dispath out, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
2. After dispatch out from our office, pls allow within 3 working day for item deliver by Poslaju.
3. We will only ship to addresses provided in the shipment address provided during your purchase. Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
4. If items do not get to you within 3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia or Sabah & Sarawak, kindly contact us for assistance.
5. We will not responsible for any damage caused during shipping / post delivery / lost, but we will try our best make sure that your item has been packed safely to avoid damage.
6. We are not responsible for shipping charges of returned packages due to missing collect or wrong sending information provided. If you are not at home when the delivery attempt is made, you will accept a receipt and ask to self collect at nearest post office, please collect it within 7 day. Pls keep trace your parcel from Poslaju website within these 3 working day.
7. If the parcel return to our site, unfortunately in these circumstances we may have to charge you a further delivery fee to re-arrange delivery.
8. If you've found that an item is missing from your order or received an incorrect item, do let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service, We will arrange a re-delivery or your order as soon as we can.
